Cinnamon Swirl French Toast:
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Teas. Salt
6 Thick Slices of Cinnamon Swirl Bread
1 1/2 Teas. Vanilla Extract

Beat eggs, milk, salt and vanilla. Dip Cinnamon Swirl Bread into this mixture. Cook on a greased griddle. Serve with maple syrup, jelly or honey.
 
Blue Ridge Mt. Herb Spinach Dip:
1 Package Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix (dry)
16 oz. Sour Cream
1 pkg. Frozen Spinach, Thawed, Drained
1 Can Water Chestnuts, Chopped Coarsely
1 Loaf Blue Ridge Mountain Herb

Mix soup with sour cream. Add spinach and water chestnuts. Chill overnight. Hollow out a loaf of Mt. Herb saving the insides for dipping! Serve the spinach dip in the bread bowl.
